Launch Millvale is a food enterprise incubator program from Pittsburgh based non-profit, New Sun Rising. The program supports the development of local organic tea and vegetarian/vegan cafe, Tupelo Honey Teas, to secure resources, locate their business in Millvale, and collaborate with other like minded leaders. Through the support for 10 enterprises, the Launch Millvale Food Enterprise Incubator program helps to activate the goals of the Millvale EcoDistrict plan.
